We are actively seeking dedicated and motivated Machine Operators.

Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay rate: $16.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

Job Duties:

1. Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient and safe production.
2. Perform setup and calibration of machines for different production runs.
3. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and address any operational issues.
5. Conduct routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubrication.
6. Maintain accurate production records and log any issues encountered during operation.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are achieved.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with machine operation and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and prevent errors.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and measurement skills for machine setup and operation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
