Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE

Full-time: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Job Description: A Product Manager – Accessories, will be responsible for overseeing all stages of product development from concept to market launch. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods), the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, and expertise in product lifecycle management. You will ensure that all accessories meet the high standards of quality, innovation, and performance associated with our brand.

SCOPE OF POSITION 

• Manage end-to-end development projects for billiard accessories, including cases, gloves, and other relevant products.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to ensure products are developed on time and within budget.
• Drive the development process from ideation, prototyping, and testing to production and launch.
• Oversee the project schedule, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Analyze products performance in the marketplace; analyze the competition, market trends etc.
• Develop and launch new products
• Coordination between supplier and internal supply chain team Maintain and analyze data using Excel to track project progress, performance metrics, and financial impacts.
• Provide clear communication and updates to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, experience with managing the product life cycle, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within product development, preferably in sporting goods or a similar industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, forecasting, and project tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of billiard accessories or interest in the sport is a plus.
