Job Title: Forklift Operator

Pay: $17/hour (Potential increase to $18/hour after a 30-day performance review)

Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators with stand-up and sit-down forklift experience to join our team! This role is essential to our shipping and receiving operations and includes material handling both on and off the forklift. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load and unload trucks.
• Handle material movement and storage, including full skids.
• Perform 50% of tasks off the forklift, including inventory checks, packaging, and general warehouse duties.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must have valid forklift certification within the past year.
• Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts is required.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including material handling and shipping/receiving.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely as required.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
