We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and motivate warehouse team members to achieve productivity and safety goals.
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and manage inventory control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of daily operations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to streamline workflows.
• Train and onboard new employees in warehouse procedures and equipment use.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications:
