We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Interpret drawings, blueprints, sketches, and written instructions to fabricate components.
• Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC HAAS Mills and FANUC-controlled CNC Lathes.
• Perform machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and grinding.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for jobs.
• Monitor and adjust machine operations for proper functioning.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot machine or process issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in machining technologies.
• Expertise with FANUC and/or HAAS controls.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM programming and engineering.
• Strong ability to interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, and customer data specifications.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a machine shop environment.
