Partners Personnel in Gainesville is looking for a experienced machine oven operator. 

Position: Oven Operator 

Pay: $18hr - $25hr

Location: Gainesville 

Shifts:

1st 7am -3:30pm

2nd shift 3pm - 11:30pm

3rd shift 11pm - 7:30am

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manages oven mapping by measuring water activities
• Monitors oven performance by starting the correct cook cycles, schedules, cook time, reaching CCPs (critical control point)
• Handles and takes out products from the oven after product reaches CCP and acceptable water activities
• Maintains and records oven related data on written documents and on the board
• Assists Production Supervisor with tasks as needed
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and aids team member work for quality, food safety, and personal safety compliance
• Enforces company policies and procedures on production floor 
• Attending company meetings as needed

Requirements:

• Work may be performed in both inside and outside environment
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee must often walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend or crawl
• The employee must often use hands to finger, handle, feel or run objects, tools, or controls
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
  • Ability to routinely push/pull trucks and carts filled with products that may range from 400 pounds to 1,000 pounds
  • Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders and clean overhead structures
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • The employee works near or with moving mechanical parts 
  • The employee is exposed to wet, cold, hot, and/or humid conditions; occasionally exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals
  • Ability to work in environments ranging from 35°F to 120°F
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately noisy
