Partners Personnel is seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment in Arlington, WA!

Job Title: Bilingual Supervisor

Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00/HR DOE

Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts as needed

Responsibilities:

-Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments to ensure the production of products to meet customer specifications, company quality standards, and customer delivery requirements.

-Train, coach and involve employees; appraise performance; offer praise and hold accountable; address complaints and resolve problems.

-Oversee and review all required paperwork, reports and documentation.

-Maintain a high level of completion of quality initiatives for the plant such as CAPA Completion/SQF Preparedness/HAACP Awareness/GMP’s

-Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-Bilingual in English and Spanish a must

-3+ years leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing.

-Demonstrated ability to direct, coach, and develop a team of 20-30 associates on a daily basis.
