We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support production operations by performing a variety of tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic parts pulling and preparation.
• Sand, process, de-burr, and drill reflectors.
• Buff, wash, and detail reflectors to meet quality standards.
• Execute basic reflector bonding and mechanical assembly.
• Modify components using spinning drilling techniques.
• Ensure adherence to processing procedures and acceptance criteria to maintain product quality.
• Maintain tools and workstations in good condition and organized.
• Follow assigned shift schedules and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with tools.
