Partners Personnel is looking to hire experienced Picker/Packers for our client around the Whitsett area. When you sign on with us, you’ll enjoy great benefits, including an unlimited bonus structure and weekly pay.

Schedule: 1st Shift 10AM - 5PM + OT

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Gift Production Line - Team of employees create gift baskets composed of multiple food items. An example of the gift basket is created by the team leader for all the employees on the production line to replicate multiple baskets of the same style.

• Employee may build 5 - 500 baskets of the same style
• Employees will change gift basket styles frequently as orders are placed online each day.
• Employees will be standing for long periods of time .This is a standing job with sitting breaks for break time & lunch time only. Employees will stand an average of 7.5 hours out of an 8 hour shift.
• Employees will pull baskets & food products to complete the basket builds from the warehouse stock shelves.
• Employees will clean the general area everyday and assist with any and all clean up the area

Order Picker- Team of employees are given online order sheets everyday to pick products from the warehouse shelves to bring to the shipping area.

• Employees will need to be fluent in the English language to read the online order sheets to pick the correct food products from the warehouse shelves.
• Employees must have basic math skills to pick quantities of product requested on the online order sheets.
• Employees must adhere to all verification procedures to ensure 100%accuracy with all orders picked.
• Employees will use rolling carts, rolling metros, u-boats, shopping carts to pick the orders and bring them to the shipping area.
• Employee will be lifting from 1 lb to 50 lbs
• Employees will be bending, kneeling, stooping, using a step stool, & 6 ft. ladder to pick the products from the warehouse shelves.
• Employees will be standing for long periods of time .This is a standing job with sitting breaks for break time & lunch time only. Employees will stand an average of 7.5 hours out of an 8 hour shift.
• Employees will be asked to clean up any empty cases, shrink wrap, & trash created from pcikin products.
• Employees will be asked to help stock warehouse shelves and consolidate warehouse shelves and skids as needed.
• Employees will be asked to perform a variety of basic cleaning chores between assigned orders.

Clean Room - Climate controlled room in the warehouse for all candy builds involving loose candies and chocolates.

• Employees will wear protective clothing in this room due to the nature of the un-wrapped perishable goods in this room. Aprons, gloves, eye protection.
• Employees will do repetitive actions while filling glass jars, cardboard boxes, measuring out food.
• Employees will do repetitive actions while tying ribbons, labeling product containers, and adding ingredient labels to containers.
• Employees will be standing bending, kneeling, stopping, lifting over their head, pushing & pulling.
• Employees will be standing for long periods of time .This is a standing job with sitting breaks for break time & lunch time only. Employees will stand an average of 7.5 hours out of an 8 hour shift.

Shipping Line - The is the final stage of the online order process. This team will take all picked & verified orders and transfer them into the correct size box shipping container. This team will rotate between assembling cardboard boxes, sealing the shipping cartons, & data entry of the actual order before the carton is stacked on a skid for delivery.

• Employees will need to use the proper size cardboard boxes to minimize the empty cube space within the carton for shipping.
• Employees will incorporate the proper amount of packing materials into each carton to ensure the product does not get damaged during transit to the guest.
• Employees will verify the correct information is on the shipping label and affix a gift message to the gift tag as required.
• Employees will properly tape each carton shut on the top and bottom of each carton with the proper Southern Season logo tape.
• Employee will transition from one of the 4 stages of the shipping line1.    Creating boxes for the orders and providing base box filler to employees on the shipping line
• Finishing the packaging of each carton with the proper amount of box filler to ensure the package arrives in perfect shape to the guest’s home.
• Input the data from the order form at the FedEx terminal and apply the shipping label on each carton.
• Stacking the cartons on skids and shrinking the skids when they reach a maximum height. Moving the finished wrapped skids onto the FedEx storage truck for outbound shipments each day.
• Employees will be lifting repetitively and the cartons will weigh from 1 lb to 50 lbs.
• Employees will be asked to bend, stoop, kneel, lift boxes over their head, push & pull boxes on the shipping line, stack boxes of all sizes on a pallet.
• Employees will be standing for long periods of time .This is a standing job with sitting breaks for break time & lunch time only. Employees will stand an average of 7.5 hours out of an 8 hour shift.
