Job Title: General Labor

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, with occasional minimal overtime and some Saturdays.

Hourly Rate: $17/hr

Location: North Las Vegas

Must be bilingual English/Spanish

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. This role involves handling and moving heavy materials in a hot warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and a commitment to safety. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus due to frequent interaction with Spanish-speaking contractors.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload truck deliveries on Thursdays and Mondays.
  • Assist with order fulfillment and other warehouse tasks on non-truck days.
  • Handle and move heavy, hot, and sharp aluminum materials.
  • Ensure safety by using provided gear and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Stock items, and assist with wrapping and loading materials for bi-weekly orders.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work in a hot warehouse environment.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Dress Code:

• Casual dress code; shorts are allowed during summer.
• NO OPEN-TOE SHOES. Sneakers, boots, and tennis shoes are acceptable.
• No slogans or lingo on clothing (plain t-shirts and shorts are fine).
