About Us:
Specialty Print Distribution Center, located in Maitland, FL, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bilingual (Spanish/English) Warehouse Lead. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve safety issues; implement emergency protocols as needed.
• Minimize errors and returns while maintaining high-quality operational standards.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
• Lead and facilitate shift meetings, providing coaching and guidance to team members.
• Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve team goals.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize various shipping platforms and support e-commerce operations.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards.

Schedule:

• Initial training on the first shift.
• Regular shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly pay: $20.00 - $24.00, based on experience.
