Job Title: Debt Collection Specialist Location: Harrisburg, PA Job Overview: Debt Collection Specialists assist consumers in resolving past due accounts across various sectors, including healthcare, utilities, retail, and government. This role involves handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, processing payments, and setting up payment arrangements. A comprehensive training and coaching program will ensure you comply with all Federal and State Collection laws and succeed in the role.
