We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Cycle Counter to join our inventory management team. The Cycle Counter will be responsible for counting and verifying inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires attention to detail, time management skills, and familiarity with inventory software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory in the warehouse or storage areas.
• Verify inventory counts by comparing physical counts to system records and investigating discrepancies.
• Report and document discrepancies and help resolve inventory issues.
• Update inventory records in the database, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Work closely with the inventory control and warehouse teams to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
• Identify areas for improvement within the inventory process and suggest solutions to prevent future discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed (certification may be required).

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is a plus).
• Physical ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
