Job Title: Production Associate- CLS Encoder 

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 2nd shift – 2pm- 10:30pm  

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

•    Responsible for encoding RFID labels using specialized machinery 

•    Operate small machinery and load base stock into machines 

•    Learn and understand software setups and perform thorough quality control 

•    Ensure high-quality work and conduct periodic testing

•    Gain basic knowledge of RFID technology through training and hands-on work 

•    Maintain day-to-day workflow, including replenishing supplies and accepting jobs from the sorting team 

•    Ensure smooth workflow to the next department

Job Requirements:

•    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

•    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence 

•    Ability to effectively present information before groups of customers or employees of the organization 

•    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals 

•    Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages 

•    High school diploma or GED.
