We are actively seeking dedicated and motivated Warehouse Technicians.

Job Title: Warehouse Technician

Pay rate: $16.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) 

Job Duties:

• Pick items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring the correct quantity and product.
• Pack items securely for shipment, using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
• Label packages with shipping information (addresses, barcodes, etc.).
• Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips, bills of lading, and customs paperwork (if applicable).
• Organize packages onto pallets or into shipping containers.
• Verify and ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues with warehouse technology.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software.
• Conduct basic testing of configured systems to verify functionality.
• Identify and troubleshoot common issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.
• Support customer installations and provide technical assistance as needed.

Requirements:

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inspection of goods.
•  Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with co-workers and supervisors.
