Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure production efficiency and quality within our facility. This role will be pivotal in leading a team, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Manufacturing Lead will work closely with the production team, supervisors, and quality assurance to meet manufacturing goals in alignment with our company's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring production targets are met on schedule.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production team members; foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards, working closely with the quality assurance team to maintain high standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment, conducting regular audits and addressing issues proactively.
• Resource Management: Monitor inventory levels, order materials as needed, and allocate resources effectively.
• Reporting & Documentation: Track and document production data, report on progress, and communicate results to management.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards. 
• Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
