Location: Henderson, NV
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize production activities at our Henderson facility. This role requires a seasoned manager with a strong background in apparel and/or footwear production, leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, a strong communicator, and capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with our partners and personnel. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of production processes, meeting customer deadlines, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: Monitor the execution of daily production goals and overall production plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of production personnel. Foster a positive work environment, set clear expectations, and keep the team motivated to meet goals.
- Production Scheduling: Develop and manage daily production schedules to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services. Adjust schedules as needed to address production challenges or changes in customer requirements.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve production workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies while maintaining product quality.
- Partner & Personnel Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and personnel, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives. Address and resolve any operational issues or concerns as they arise.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee necessary maintenance and servicing of production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all production activities adhere to safety protocols and comply with OSHA standards. Foster a culture of safety and ensure staff is properly trained on safety procedures.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to management on production progress and any challenges encountered.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in apparel or footwear production.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a production environment.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and operational procedures.
- Knowledge of industrial sewing equipment, shoe repair tools, and other production-related machinery is a plus.
- Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to meet high standards of productivity and quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with team members and external partners.
- Problem Solving:
- Ability to analyze complex situations, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and email platforms.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems used in production management.
- Education:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Additional Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
