Local manufacturer hiring Assembly Line associates! 

Pay Rate: $16 - $17 per hour 

Schedule: Monday through Friday 

Key Responsibilities: Assemble products on an assembly line, following specific instructions and quality standards. Inspect products for defects and ensure all components are properly fitted. Package finished products for shipment or distribution. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness guidelines. Ensure production goals and deadlines are met. Operate various hand tools and assembly equipment as needed. Perform quality checks on finished products to confirm that they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Report any malfunctions or discrepancies to supervisors promptly. Assist with inventory management and materials handling as needed. 

Job Requirements: Previous experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
