Local Manufacturer searching for Machine Operator! 

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience) 

Schedule: Monday through Friday ( shifts may vary) --- 

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. 

--- Key Responsibilities: - Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery in a safe and efficient manner. - Perform routine inspections of machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. - Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure product quality and consistency. - Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities, materials used, and any issues encountered. - Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions. - Follow all safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and quality control standards. - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area. - Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors. - Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. - Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. - Participate in ongoing training and development as required. 

--- Qualifications: - Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. - Strong understanding of machine operations and safety protocols. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and production schedules. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. - Basic math skills and the ability to perform measurements and calculations. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Flexibility to work overtime or adjust shift schedules as needed. 

--- Physical Requirements:** - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. - Lift up to 50 lbs regularly. - Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery. - Ability to follow safety protocols and wear necessary protective equipment.
