Machine Operator Duties:

• Responsible for the setup and operation of the mills and welding machines. Perform continuous quality checks and audits. These checks and audits must be conducted in the beginning, middle, and end of a roll. In addition, quality checks and audits must be completed for welded products.
• Load coils onto the uncoiler; weld the coil properly and safely.
• Ensure flow of operations to efficiently yield production.
• Remove welded and unwelded strut from mill then bundle, strap, and package.
• Perform roll changes.
