Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ice Cream Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality ice cream products, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing Ingredients: Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipes and production schedules.

• Operating Machinery: Safely operate ice cream production equipment, including pasteurizers, churns, and freezers.

• Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality, performing regular checks and adjustments as needed.

• Packaging: Assist in the packaging of finished products, ensuring proper labeling and quality before shipment.

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all sanitation protocols and performing routine cleaning of equipment.

• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management, including tracking raw materials and finished products.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
