Assembler Technician
Job Title: Battery - Assembler Technician
Location: North Las Vegas
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Job Summary
As a Battery Technician Contractor, you will be trained to handle electric vehicle battery packs in compliance with safety and service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect battery packs and components
- Assemble and refurbish batteries using new materials and tools
- Disassemble battery packs and sort materials
- Clean and apply thermal paste to battery protection plates
- Package batteries securely for shipping
- Perform diagnostics and basic repairs on battery packs
- Support safety initiatives and participate in staging, documentation, and testing
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities
- Detail-oriented, with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with tools including torque wrenches, impact guns, multimeters, and cranes
- Organizational skills and commitment to safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Steel-toe or composite work boots required from the first day
- PPE provided (vest, gloves, safety glasses)
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs individually and up to 137 lbs with assistance
- Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and lifting
- Clear near and far vision, with good hand-eye coordination
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting, temperature may vary
- Potential exposure to dust and fumes
- Some tasks may require outdoor work
