Job Title: Grinder Room Assistant 

Schedule: 3 days a week, 12hr shifts. 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am

Salary: $19.50

Job Description/ Responsibilities:  

Sort scrap material by color & Process scrap material through grinding machines.

Clean out grinder and drums before grinding different color material.

Assess the availability of boxes and skids for the storage of regrind materials.

Segregate flexible material from other materials

Keep various types of scrap (flex, purge, slugs, etc.) segregated for disposition by Recycling Supervisor.

Perform other duties as assigned by Recycling Supervisor.

Requirements:

 Demonstrate understanding of process and machine operation

 Skilled in working with hand tools

 Minimal need for supervision
