We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our client's external customers, you will provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service, ensuring a positive experience.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative 

Pay Rate: $19 

Schedule : Tuesday – Saturday 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM 

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

• First point of contact with external customers providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service. 
• Provide clerical support services as required by the customer, generating custom reports and responding to specific needs. 
• Shipping and receiving desk 
• Comfortable in fast paced environment, speaking in person to carrier., assigning doors 

Job Requirements: 

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment 
• Must be proficient in using; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• WMS Systems experience 
• Use of office equipment 
• Strong analytical skills, as well as, independent thinking/reasoning ability. 
• Able to work effectively with a wide range of personnel.
