Job Title: Machine Operator-Bags 
Location: East El Paso
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st shift training will be moved to 3rd shift 
Overtime may be required.

Job Overview:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and efficient running of production equipment while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines to start production cycles
• Control and adjust machine settings for optimal performance
• Feed raw materials or parts to machines and monitor operations
• Inspect parts for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and reporting issues to supervisors
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure workspace is clean and organized
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/production setting
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Must be available for overtime when required
• Forklift certification is a plus (depending on the role)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
