Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. This role will work closely with the production team, managing workflows, solving operational issues, and maintaining quality standards. The Production Lead will also play a key role in training and developing production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the production team.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of materials, machinery, and personnel.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on performance metrics.
• Train, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a team environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to prevent downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate material availability with procurement teams.
• Maintain equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in production management or a related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Food & Beverage background is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
