Position: Production Associate

Shifts: nights 8pm-630am *10 hour shifts

Schedule: Monday through Thursday Overtime available on Sun/Fri

Pay rate: $17.00

Responsibilities:
-Feed components onto assembly conveyors, into hoppers, machinery or other devices to maintain continuous production.
-Replenish and unload components, such as corrugated cardboard, glue, plastic wrap, pumps, inserts, bottles, caps, labels, sprayers, etc., avoiding breaks in the production assembly process.
-Manually assemble/install various liquid packaging component parts including but not limited to sprayers, caps, box dividers, cases, display units, etc.
-Perform various manufacturing inspection protocols to ensure plant quality standards on liquid packaging products and display units. -Support production required line speeds by participating in level loaded job activities in a face paced environment.
-Adhere to plant safety rules and programs as it pertains to self and all other associates, including performing audits, safety suggestions, and participation in safety rotation of jobs.

Requirements:
-Ability to follow directions provided in verbal or non-verbal format.
-Ability to read and write English.
-Ability to perform physical labor including standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and twisting.
-Engage in teamwork activities and possess the ability to work in small groups of 2-3 or in large groups of 25 or more within an assigned work area.
