Bellevue Company Hiring for Full-time and Part-time Porter/Concierge ASAP

Job Title: Lobby Porter

Pay Rate: $23

Schedule: 8am start time. 

Part-Time Up to 30 hours. 

Weekend Availability is a Must. 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Be able to maintain an organize and presentable front lobby 

Receive requests from residents and process them to the right department in a timely manner

Maintain resident security, Permit access only to authorized visitors

Manage amenity room, schedule and organize events as needed 

Requirements: 

Lift up to 10lbs without accommodation 

Frequent Keyboard typing 

Familiar with usage of office equipment 

Ability to communicate effectively
