**Job Title: Production Associate **

Payrate: $19

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5PM-3:30AM

Mandatory OT every other Friday

**Job Summary:**

Starts at $19 and can earn more depending on experience and work ethic.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Production Associate. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the inventory management processes within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to accurately track inventory levels, perform regular audits, and collaborate with various departments to ensure inventory accuracy. CROSS TRAINING IS REQUIRED.

**Responsibilities:**

 -Find defects in lumber and move products as neccesary.

 -Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline inventory processes and improve efficiency.

 -Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.

**Requirements:**

-Steel Toe Shoes

-Ability to stand in stationary position for majority of shift

-Ability to stand, bend, & squat throughout shift. 

-Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
