We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks to ensure that our equipment, machinery, and facilities are operating at peak performance. Your expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems will be key to minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $28.25

Schedule: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Thursday

Job Duties/Responsibilities 

Uses hand or power tools to troubleshoot, set up, changeover, and tear down machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoots and programs AC and DC drive systems.

Diagnoses and corrects mechanical problems involving gears, chain and belt drives, and presses.

Installs power wiring and conduit for newly installed equipment.

Adjusts functional parts for performance and clearances.

Job Requirements 

Associate’s degree in industrial Electricity or equivalent certification program; plus 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing and facilities maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read wiring schematics and wiring diagrams and determine material and replacement needs.

Hands on experience with trouble shooting and repair of hydraulic systems, electrical/electronic systems, pneumatics.
