Inventory Data Entry Clerk
We are currently hiring an Inventory Data Entry Clerk for a Warehouse in Largo, FL.
The Inventory Data Entry Clerk will input data in Excel spreadsheet to maintain information of inventory held within the warehouse Distribution Facilities.
1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Overtime starting at 5:00AM)
Pay: $18
Essential Job Functions:
Inputs all necessary data into Excel spreadsheet to maintain usable information for Warehouse Managers to order stock as required to fulfill customer demands.
Work extensively in Warehouse to insure inventory accountability.
Generating lists to get physical inventory every 4 months.
Inventory management in the systems Excel and AS-400.
Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations within Distribution Facilities.
Assist Cycle Counters in resolving inventory problems in a timely manner.
Send end of shift report as needed.
Tracking, and reporting non-conforming product to Quality Control Department.
Documenting and controlling aged & damaged product with Quality Control Department.
Maintaining Inventory Accuracy Metrics and associated reports for management.
Requirements
Experience with Outlook and Excel
Able to work in Warehouse Elements – high heat and cold temperatures
Ability to work on a computer for numerous hours daily
Outlook emailing
High School Diploma
1- 3 yrs. warehouse experience
Working knowledge of AS-400, WMS, or updated version
Ability to use all aspects of Microsoft Office, Excel - Intermediate Level
Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
Knowledge of FIFO (inventory valuation method).
