As a Mid-Shift Sample Room Shipper in Largo, FL, you will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing Team addressing inquiries from Customer Service and Sales teams. You will manage the flow of printed sample room stock, fulfill sample requests, and ensure that urgent orders are prioritized to meet daily shipping deadlines. This is a fast-paced environment where speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.

Shift: 10:00AM -7:00PM

Pay: $15 per hour

Essential Job Functions:

Manage and order all printed sample room stock.
Communicate with Customer Service and Sales representatives via email or phone.
Fulfill sample orders with speed and precision, including pulling and packing items.
Serve as the main point of contact for second shift inquiries, questions, or concerns.
Prioritize and dispatch rush sample orders, ensuring they meet truck pickup deadlines.
Complete paperwork and log specific orders (pre-production and spec samples).
Enter rush sample orders into the AS400 system.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review artwork, item specifications, and imprint colors to ensure optimal product appearance.
- Familiarity with the AS400 system is an advantage.
- High School Diploma required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
