Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our warehouse. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage a team, ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of products, and uphold safety and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Pay Rate: Depends on experience
Schedule: Train on 1st shift, 7AM - 3PM then be moved to 3rd shift, 11PM-7AM, Sunday - Thursday
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervise and audit employee work to ensure that the required work is satisfactorily completed.
Supervise the workflow and activities of the employees to ensure that all work is completed promptly and meets the established quality standards.
Monitor employee’s work processes to ensure that production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operational Instructions (OIs) are adhered to.
Monitor and aid in ensuring established guidelines for a safe work environment are met to achieve compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
Identify areas for eliminating waste and improving efficiency.
Onboard new employees as required.
Set the manufacturing schedule and coordinate the shipment of raw and finished material as required.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
