Location: Torrance, CA

Responsibilities include:

• Process orders received via Online sites i.e.Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and through emails, faxes and our website.

• Experience with using Shopify

• Coordinating with Shipping Dept on orders.

• Updating shipping/tracking information once available.

• Process Return Authorization requests.

• Handle incoming phone calls relating to products, repairs, returns.

• Email / Chat Responses – must have good written and oral communication skills

• General Office duties

• Putting sales packets together;

• Bi-lingual would be great but not required, Vietnamese speaking would be a plus.

• Good communication skills

• Organized and detail orientated
