Responsibilities:

• Design and develop rubber gaskets and seals.
• Work with production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Assist with material selection and testing.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain engineering documentation.
• Help with product testing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role.
• Basic CAD skills.
• Familiarity with rubber materials is a plus.

$25-$30 hourly
