• Exhibit exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with members, the public, and colleagues.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, via phone, email, and written correspondence, ensuring a prompt and courteous response to all inquiries.
• Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate discussions that motivate and inform diverse audiences.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced and frequently changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Uphold our organization’s commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships and motivate individuals in various group settings.
• Strong presentation skills with the confidence to speak in front of audiences.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday (specific days may vary)
• Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM

Compensation:

• $20 - 22 per hour (DOE)
