Job Title: General Labor Associate & Entry-Level Sewer (Bi-Lingual Preferred)
Location: Henderson Area
Pay: Starting at $13 per hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (Rollover after 90 days)

Job Summary:
We are currently hiring General Labor Associates and Entry-Level Sewers for our team in Henderson. General labor tasks will include packing, unpacking, cleaning, gluing, and washing based on project needs. We are also looking for entry-level sewers familiar with basic sewing procedures such as single-needle sewing. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred for general labor roles, with the potential for advancement to Line Lead positions.

Key Responsibilities for General Labor Associates:

• Packing and unpacking products
• Cleaning work areas and materials
• Performing manual tasks such as gluing and washing
• Assisting with material movement and organization
• Following safety protocols and collaborating with team members

Key Responsibilities for Entry-Level Sewers:

• Operating single-needle sewing machines
• Performing basic sewing tasks according to design specifications
• Ensuring quality control of finished products
• Keeping a clean and organized workspace
• Assisting in other areas of the sewing process as needed

Qualifications:

• For General Labor: Physical stamina for manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
• For Entry-Level Sewers: Familiarity with sewing, particularly single-needle machines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred for general labor roles, with potential advancement to Line Lead
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
