Local company in Fresno is now hiring an experienced Quality Control Auditor.

Pay Rate: $ 16/hour

Schedule: 2pm to 10:30pm, Mon-Fri

Job Duties:

Ensure all equipment is set up, calibrated and functioning properly throughout shift.

Ensure all products meet the customer and product requirements.

Keep work areas and equipment clean always, taking swabs and testing cleanliness of equipment.

Obtain liquid ingredient samples from bulk containers and perform testing.

Verify product codes and chart recorders.

Perform required testing of products (raw & finished), recording product specifications.

Analyze batch samples and/or liquid ingredients.

Recommend adding or subtracting of ingredients.

Monitor the filler to ensure weights, chart codes, labeling, pasteurizer temps are accurate by performing hourly checks.

Place packing, raw material, batches or finished product on hold.

Job Requirements:

Basic computer and math skills.

Ability to use tools/gauges (refractometer, salt titrator, acid titrator, PH meter, color meter, moisture meter, consitometer)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Frequent reaching/pulling/climbing stairs/stooping/kneeling/bending.

Previous experience in quality control, preferred.
