Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Quality Control Associate to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your analytical skills and technical proficiency will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and tests on automotive audio, video, navigation, and control systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Utilize computer software and tools to record, analyze, and report quality data.

• Identify defects and issues, providing detailed documentation and recommendations for improvements.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) is a plus.
