Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Torrance. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and solutions.

• Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are addressed.

• Assist with order processing and tracking.

• Provide product knowledge and support to customers and prospects.

• Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and share feedback with management.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
