Pay: Up to $20 per hour based on experience with Weekly Pay!
Schedule: Monday – Friday
About the position: We are hiring Administrative Assistant in Akron, Ohio who will be a part of a thriving manufacturing factory, with proven written and verbal communication. Our Administrative Assistant will:
Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage office supplies.
Maintain and organize filing systems and company databases.
Perform data entry, manage electronic records, and monitor emails.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a clean office environment.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of company communications.
Assist in reviewing and processing shipping orders and providing updates to customers.
Preferred or Plus Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or safety role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to train the right candidate
