As a Production Assembly Associate, you will cross-train across various departments, from Laser to Hot Stamp production. The best part? We'll work to place you in the department where your skills post-training will be most successful for your growth!

Pay: $16/hour | Weekly Pay

Schedule (Days and Time): Sunday-Thursday (11pm-7:30am)

**OT on Saturday/Sunday**

Our Production Associates will:

Cross-train across various production departments (e.g., laser, production, assembly, hot stamp, cold stamp).

Safely operate machinery and tools for cutting, shaping, and/or finishing automotive metal components to support production requirements.

Perform quality checks on parts during the production and/or assembly.

Meet production and KPI goals to produce good quality parts continuously.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Maintain a very safe and clean work environment.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency and ability to use hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work in an uncontrolled environment with seasonal temperatures.

Ability to perform essential job functions (i.e., lift 30lbs., stand, walk, and bend for long periods consistently).
