We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Technician to join our team. As an Operations Technician, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires technical proficiency, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety standards. You will also be expected to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure product quality.

Job Title: Operations Technician
Pay Rate: $17.00
Schedule: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday, Weekends 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct routine checks, adjustments, and maintenance on machinery.

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and work with the maintenance team to resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards.

Record and report production data, equipment performance, and any incidents.

Assist in process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Support the training of new team members in operating procedures.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as an Operations Technician or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Familiarity with production equipment and processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
