Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Sort, store, and organize products in the warehouse.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs]) and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
