Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 1st Shift (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Pay: $16/hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, capable of handling high volumes of calls and emails, and committed to delivering effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone and email
Address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database
Stay informed about products to provide knowledgeable support
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and software
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
