Customer service with Temp to hire opportunity

PAY RATE - $17.50 per hour

HOURS – Monday – Friday,  8:45 AM – 5:15 PM with probable overtime due to closing procedures.

JOB DUTIES:

-    Process new orders from Anzio which is our Customer Entry System (CES).

-    Process electronically merged orders from our website.

-    Answer telephones and respond to customer inquiries.

-    Match and ship bills of lading.

-    Learn the rules and regulations associated with shipping wine products.

-    Handle Amazon, FedEx, UPS deliveries and returns. 

-    Process labels.

-    Provide coverage in the Order Processing Department as needed.

-    Close out the end of day. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

-    Reliable & Dependable.

-    Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Anzio is preferred but not required. 

-    Excellent Communication skills

-    Ability to take constructive criticism. 

-    Ability to multi-task in a busy office setting.

-    Ability to handle stress and prioritize.

-    Extremely organized and detail oriented.

-    Previous experience with wine shipping is a plus.

-    Ability to Lift boxes from the office to the warehouse that vary in weight of up to 50 LBS and vice versa.
