Partners Personnel is seeking a forklift operator to start as soon as possible!

Schedule:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday - Friday

Pay: $17.00/HR to start

Job responsibilities:

• Operate forklift 
• Manage inventory accuracy through systematic updates and conduct quality checks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors using appropriate devices.
• Safely load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift and cherry picker attachment, reporting issues promptly.
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines and protocols during all operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, stacking and arranging materials in designated areas.
• Optimize picking routes to minimize travel time and meet daily productivity goals.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on forklift operation techniques and safety protocols.
• Assist in problem resolution and contribute to the training of new forklift operators as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have forklift experience.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively.
