Position: Production Associate

Responsibilities:

Feed components onto assembly conveyors, into hoppers, machinery or other devices to maintain continuous production.

Replenish and unload components, such as corrugated cardboard, glue, plastic wrap, pumps, inserts, bottles, caps, labels, sprayers, etc., avoiding breaks in the production assembly process.

Manually assemble/install various liquid packaging component parts including but not limited to sprayers, caps, box dividers, cases, display units, etc.

Perform various manufacturing inspection protocols to ensure plant quality standards on liquid packaging products and display units.

Support production required line speeds by participating in level loaded job activities in a face paced environment.

Adhere to plant safety rules and programs as it pertains to self and all other associates, including performing audits, safety suggestions, and participation in safety rotation of jobs.

Requirements:

Ability to follow directions provided in verbal or non-verbal format.

Ability to read and write English.

Ability to perform physical labor including standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and twisting.

Engage in teamwork activities and possess the ability to work in small groups of 2-3 or in large groups of 25 or more within an assigned work area.
