Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Leesburg, FL
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19 - $20 per hour

Essential Duties:

• Follow safety protocols and conduct regular plant walkthroughs.
• Monitor and log nonconforming products.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Utilize testing equipment and document results accurately.
• Train staff on quality procedures and maintain inspection records.
• Assist with calibration and incoming inspections.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

• Associate degree in a related field.
• Experience with plastics or quality control processes.

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and dust.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent standing.
