Job Duties

Assist with complaint process for internal and external customers; entering, tracking, receiving complaint issues and resolutions. Process audits and reports, data entry, control supplier defects and returns, assist with additional duties. Forklift experience is a plus.

Job Requirements

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Previous Quality Control/Technician experience required.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Schedule: 10:00pm-6:30am. Monday-Friday

Must be able to work overtime as necessary, sometimes on short notice

Pay Rate: $18.00 /hour
